I can take Abby shopping (even though she is slow as Christmas and thinks she has to look at everything!),I can take her to doctor appointments with me, I can even take her to church and let her sit through the service with us and she does really good, but you take her to a restaurant and this is a sample of how she acts!!!! After we ate lunch at Guadalajara, Abby and I had a pedicure, this is the second time we have done this, we did it this time last year too. She thinks she is so big, and she acted great here too. Dying eggs!!

We attend Jason's moms new church for their Easter program and then Jabbo took us all out for lunch at Logans. Abby and the Easter bunny.

Easter Party

(4/1/10/)Today was Abbys Easter party at school. The Easter bunny came to see them and they all got to sit in his/her lap, (she told me later that the Easter bunny was wearing tennis shoes AND she had hands!). She doesn't miss a thing. While they were cleaning up I hide a ton of eggs on the playground and they a fun finding them, she has the sweetest class they are all good boys and girls, there was no fighting and I even caught some of them sharing the eggs they found. We had snack foods and drinks and then they all got surprises that their classmates brought. She left their with a bucket full of sweets, and we still have Valentines candy!!!

Saturday

(3/27/10)This morning we went to help Haley celebrate her 4 year old birthday. Abby had a great time jumping, these were all the pictures I was going to get of her because she was not interested in me taking pictures. This is Abby and her friend Cameron she takes dance with. Happy birthday Haley! After we changed clothes and got lunch we went to the horse show and had a picnic. All three girls rode Apachey in the tack walk. It was a great day to fly a kite, it was so windy today so we went to the ball park next to our house and flew a kite:)

(3/24/10)Today on my off day, I picked Abby up from school a little early but had to snap a few pictures of them outside playing. Abby put on play clothes and sunscreen she was ready to go to the park and play so we ask Tabor to go with us. We got McDonalds and spent the rest of the day a the PG park, until it was time to go to Jasons parents to grill out with his cousin and 2 of her children that were here for a few days. (It was great to see ya'll Andrea) Best Friends!!!! Just when we were getting ready to leave we ran into a friend and stayed awhile longer catching up! This is her little cuttie pie.

Then and Now

This is Abby and Hanna, they are 2nd cousins and don't see each other a whole lot so when I was looking at this picture I remembered having one of them when they were younger, they are 7 weeks apart, Hannah is older. Abby was 9 months old in this picture.

Happy Birthday Maggie

(3/20/10)Today was Maggie's 1 year old birthday party!! She is such a cutie pie, she got lots of clothes, and she loved her cake. She started walking a few weeks ago so she is everywhere now and I'm sure she will be one step behind her big cousin Abby now.

Petting Farm

(3/19/10)Friday the weather was so great Abby and I met some friends at Oak Mountain, we had a picnic and then played at the park, flew a kite and then went to the petting farm. Abby petting the donkey! Abby liked all the animals walking around but she would throw the food instead of letting them eat out of her hands,she did like petting them though. We were the center of attention for the livestock for a few minutes, I guess we were the only ones feeding them. I bet Bridget was wishing she was somewhere else. Abby and Riley.

The Wizard of Oz

(3/13/10)GranJan bought us tickets to the Wizard of Oz show at the BJCC. We had a great time, and the show was terrific. Abby has been obsessed with this movie since before Christmas and has been so excited about this night.(This picture was after the show, and I think they were just about tired of smiling for me.) We weren't allow do take pictures in the theatre, so these are before the show and a few afterwards. These girls got SO much attention when we got there, everybody thought they were precious, and they were but jeez it was embarrassing how much attention they got, they parted the way and everybody was looking,talking,commenting,asking questions! They held hands and skipped around the lobby, they were too cute. The show was so so good, the special effects were amazing! The girls were mesmerized, Abby never took her eyes off the stage, and after a song when everybody would clap she would clap her little heart out. She said she stuck her tongue out at the bad witch but she liked her at the end when she was nice(when they all came back out on stage). And when Dorothy held Toto and made him wave she was holding her Toto and made him wave back at her. She really really loves her and she IS Dorothy when she puts her dress on. I loved watching her you could tell it was magical to her:) I think this will be a night they will remember. I know we will.

Baby Tea

(3/6/10)Today was my cousin Leslie's baby tea. She got so many great things for her baby girl McKenzie Ann, due in just a few weeks. Abby was a very good girl, it is so much fun to take her places because she is usually on her best behavior.

Cottontails

(3/5/10)Friday me, Abby and GranJan went to Cottontails we got there when they opened and didn't leave until around 2:00. Abby did so good, we took a stroller and she thought that was great since she hardly ever rides in one. She had her bear and my jacket around her shoulders and she was all set! I did get her to stand beside these cute yard decorations so I would have a picture. When she saw this horse(made out of a tire) she had to sit on it and these were the cute decorations outside the main entrance.

(2/28/10)We are loving this pretty weather. Abby had fun riding her bike, it won't be long before she is going to have a bigger bike, she is growing so fast!!

Doctor Day

(2/24/10)We started our day going to see Dr. Farr for Abbys 4 year old check up. She is 34lbs., she is in the 50th percentile now. She had to get 4 shots and the flu mist. She did great during the visit but of course she did cry during the shots. After our visit we had to check out the gift shop for a prize and then a stop by DQ for an ice cream cone. We went home for a quick nap and then it was time to go to the dentist, she did great during her cleaning and no cavities! Notice the picture of her with the towel over her eyes, that's because she told Candi the light was too bright, she is such a princess. She had so much fun because after she was done and it was my turn, she was off to visit the other rooms and went through everybodys goody box. I think she will always like going to the dentist with visits like that. The picture of her on the phone, she was telling her daddy about her shots and she has definitely been milking it, I have had to carry her all day, I'm sure it does hurt and I won't be able to carry her much longer so I have been pampering her, she loves it.

(2/21/10)Today Abby had pictures made at dance. I didn't get any real good pictures, but I got one of her friend Layton that lives down the street and Haley that she goes to church with. They were so cute and she did great on her individual picture, she had the cutest smile and I was just so proud of her, she is so big and does so good for things like this. She loved putting on real make-up, she has the longest eyelashes that you can't usually see. I can't wait till the recital in May, I know she is going to do great.

Valentines Party at School

(2/16/10)Today was Abbys Valentine Party at school. It was suppose to be Friday but with the snow and no school on Monday they had it today and thankfully I was able to go. I love being apart of all that Abby does, these little parties may not be a big deal but I am glad I am able to be there and I think Abby is happy I am there too. They played while we got everything ready, then it was time to eat and pass out Valentines! She made me a Valentine with a poem and her handprints! I love it!

(2/14/10)Abby was so patient waiting on her Valentines, she knew I had it in my closet and never tried to look. Then this morning I had set everything up in her playroom but we were running late for church and I knew I would not have time to take pictures and let her play with her things if she opened everything before we left so she said "Okay, I'll just wait till we get home", but she was very excited! She was so sweet seeing her gifts. I told her this one was for her bear and her so she tore into it and she loved it. I don't think she really knew what to think about her huge card. She got little things, like a necklace lip gloss and stickers and she got a big pillow because she loves to make pallets to watch tv. She got a Leap Frog Tag, she is into reading and sounding out words so I hope she likes it. They made me the sweetest card. I love that it was homemade. We had lunch at Johnny Rockets, she thought the jukebox was so fun, only 5cents and it plays the song you choose, how cute. The smiley face ketchup, cool spinning stools and the chocolate milkshake, I'm sure she will be asking to go back there to eat.

Snow day

(2/12/10)Around 10:00 this morning if finally started to snow and kept snowing all day until around 5:00. (Abby was putting a valentine in the mailbox for our neighbors.) We decided to get out and see all the snow in case we couldn't get out later so we picked up GranJan from work and went to The Crackle Barrel, we sat by the window and watched it snow, I had to get a picture of Abby with this huge bottle of chocolate because it fits her so well. After looking around for a while we took GJ back to work. When we got home there was enough snow to play in. The drive home was so pretty. Abby knew exactly what to do. She had the best time. Snow angles, and snow balls!! We had a snow ball fight with the neighbors kids. And build a snow princess?!
